Our History

Alzheimer’s Society of America was formulated, organized and approved as a 501-C-3, non-profit, corporation in 1993, in Atlanta, Georgia. We are very proud that our charitable organization has brought together a wide, diverse and heterogeneous group of people in each participating American community.

What We Do

Alzheimer’s Society of America works on a global, national and local level to enhance care and support for all those affected by Alzheimer’s and other dementias. We are here to help.

Our Voice

The Society is one of the leading voice for Alzheimer’s disease advocacy, fighting for critical Alzheimer’s research, prevention and care initiatives at the state and federal level.  We diligently work to make Alzheimer’s a national priority
